Information and purposes

We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and communicate about a potential order. Where a transaction proceeds, relevant information also supports normal business records for that transaction.

The enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, email, town/province, product interest, application and quantity. Company and message are optional. Please avoid including payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. The website does not provide online checkout or request payment-card details.

Communication and enquiry handling

Website quote enquiries are intended for info@flowzone.africa. You can also contact us by email or telephone at +27 82 072 2916. We use the information in your communication to deal with your enquiry and related quotation or potential order.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that communication is handled through WhatsApp as well as by FlowZone Africa. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to use of its service.

When online submissions are available, we use Formspree to receive and process website enquiry submissions on our behalf and send enquiry notifications to info@flowzone.africa. The submitted information is the enquiry information described above, together with non-sensitive source-page and enquiry-type metadata that helps us understand and respond to the enquiry. Formspree may store submission data within the service, and processing or storage may occur outside South Africa.

We limit business access to authorised FlowZone Africa personnel who need the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, assist with product selection or process resulting sales. Enquiry information is not shared with other businesses through an integration unless separately authorised and appropriately disclosed.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, quotation or resulting transaction, meet applicable legal obligations and maintain legitimate business records. Records should then be deleted or de-identified when retention is no longer necessary, subject to applicable requirements.

Service providers, cookies and analytics

When online submissions are available, Formspree processes the form submission, and the receiving email service handles enquiry notifications and correspondence. These services may process or store information outside South Africa. We select access and retention settings to limit unnecessary processing. No CRM, spreadsheet or mailing-list integration is part of this enquiry form.

This website does not use analytics or advertising pixels.
